What is a Virtual Assistant?

“A Virtual Assistant (VA) is an independent entrepreneur providing administrative, creative and/or technical services. Utilizing advanced technological modes of communication and data delivery, a professional VA assists clients in his/her area of expertise from his/her own office on a contractual basis." Will my documents be safe and my business protected?

Pacific Pro VA safeguards the privacy and confidentiality of all information and guarantees all documents are secure.  We maintain the most current security software, so you can be certain that you're protected 24/7.

Will I need to pay federal or state taxes?

No – because VA's are independent contractors.  If your organization paid us $600 or more during the previous tax year, simply prepare an IRS 1099 Form at the end of the year showing the total amount paid to Pacific Pro VA.  No taxes are withheld, and we're responsible for paying estimated quarterly tax payments.

How do we conduct business when we’re in two different locations?

Through the use of today’s technologies, we can communicate and brainstorm, regardless of the miles of separation. With email, telephone, Internet connection, and fax we can stay in touch 24 hours a day.

What equipment and skills do I need to communicate with Pacific Pro VA?

All that’s needed is your own personal computer, email address, telephone and fax number. Equally important is your willingness to entrust our organization, to have a clear idea of your goals, and be able to communicate your needs and wants.

What is the biggest advantage of working with Pacific Pro VA?

What technologies does Pacific Pro VA use?

Will Pacific Pro VA be able to provide assistance on an on-going basis?

Absolutely!  No task is too large or too small.  We're flexible to meet your needs.
