About Us

My name is Gretchen Walden and I've been offering quality, virtual services since February 2005.  I have over 25 years of experience providing professional administrative and technical assistance, 14 years of which are in higher education, with the last six years successfully coordinating two statewide projects.  Along with top notch administrative skills, I have expertise in events and project management, including organizing strategic planning sessions, coordinating retreats, planning graduation commencements and receptions, preparing workshops, and organizing conferences and ongoing committee meetings.  Go to Services for a complete list of supports.

Skills that make me a successful VA are that I'm techno savvy, and I'm fast on my feet, quickly taking in information, synthesizing it and logically spitting it back out.  I'm emotionally responsible and self-disciplined, have great communication skills, and am a visionary when it comes to understanding my client's needs.  I am a virtual strategist emphasizing in project management; helping to streamline and organize business processes, saving clients time and money by coming up with new ways of doing things.  And to give my clients another big bang for their buck, I'm a multi-tasker with tremendous organizational skills, which are a "must have" to complete projects on time and with precision.

I'm located in sunny San Diego, but have worked with clients as far away as Quebec City, Canada.  We're a small organization with big skills and we're here to help you!
